Yes — and we handle all of it. We are FAA Part 107 certified and file LAANC authorizations for any controlled airspace, including areas near DIA and downtown Denver. You don't need to do anything on your end.

We monitor conditions closely leading up to your shoot. If wind, rain, or low visibility makes flying unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge. Colorado weather moves fast — we're flexible and will find the next available window that works for both of us.

We cover all of Colorado — from Boulder and Fort Collins to Aspen, Vail, and Steamboat Springs. Locations within the Denver metro are included in all package prices. For shoots further out, a travel fee applies based on mileage.

Most shoots are delivered within 3–5 business days via a private gallery link. Need it faster? Same-day rush delivery is available on select packages — just mention it when you book.

Every shoot is delivered in both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats so you have content ready for your website, MLS listing, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPGs, with RAW files available on Standard and Premium packages.

Yes. ColoDrone carries full liability insurance for every flight. If your venue, HOA, or client requires a certificate of insurance, we can provide one before the shoot.

After your consultation call you'll receive a Stripe invoice by email for a 50% deposit — plus any applicable mileage fee for locations outside Denver. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon delivery of your edited files. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards.
